The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) is number 20 worldwide and number 3 in Europe among the most respected technical universities.

Harvard University tops the ranking, which is dominated by all of 16 US universities and élite educational institutions. The ranking is based on the most frequently quoted scientific publications from the last 10 years.
